“Paradigm shifting”, best describes the CV80’s performance. One’s expectations of the performance a single-chip is capable of will need serious revision upon first viewing the BARCO CV80. The startling clarity, image depth and contrast will have most convinced they are viewing a first-class 3-chip projector.

This exceptional picture quality achieved is largely due to the advanced video processing capabilities of the included MASTER. When combined with CuneVERSUM’s legendary light-optics balanced approach and the pure digital signal processing of the MASTER astounding picture quality with film-like razor sharp clarity is truly realized. The MASTER also allows for video signal runs of up to 131 feet without noise or degradation – a very useful feature providing exceptional room integration flexibility.

Both CV80 and CV80SLP must be used with MASTER (one standard video input card for MASTER is included). Optimum screen sizes are from 82” – 110” and under certain circumstances, even larger screen sizes. CineVERSUM 80SLP provides the option of purchasing several different lenses that expand projector placement possibilities and application.

Master for CV80 / CV80SLP / CV120
MASTER is a fully digital video signal processor derived directly from our professional digital cinema projection units that provides startling clarity only available with our best single-chip (CV80/80SLP) and our finest triple-chip model (CV120).

MASTER provides zero-loss processing, the ability to export a signal over lengths of 131’ with no reduction in quality and virtually infinite control over picture type and quality. Eight modular inputs are supported, as is every relevant current signal format. The MASTER actually deinterlaces 1080i signals to true 1080p, and then converts to 720p for the ultimate in video signal quality. True pixel-by-pixel control over screen boundaries is possible providing unprecedented flexibility in home theater system design. Coupled with the finest proprietary digital signal processing available today, combining the CV80/80SLP or CV120 plus MASTER produces images that actually rival those only realized with professional cinema projectors.
