Manual Turntable with Sumiko Oyster phono cartridge

TURNTABLE FEATURES

Quiet running AC motor with two-step metal pulley employing a precision flat-ground belt.

Four shock-absorbing feet support the rigid MDF plinth and greatly reduce vibration. The motor is decoupled from the plinth to further reduce noise and vibration.

The spun balanced aluminum platter weighs in at over 5 lbs and comes complete with a felt mat. The plated stainless-steel axle runs against a polished ball bearing in a brass housing, maximizing speed stability.

An external power supply prevents the potential of electro-mechanical interference.

TONEARM FEATURES

Conical carbon-fiber tonearm tube with integrated low-mass aluminum headshell provides exceptional rigidity with ultra-low resonance characteristics. Inverted horizontal thrust bearings consist of two hardened stainless-steel points resting within sapphire thrust pads.

The 8.6" straight tonearm tube and headshell are fitted to a solid armbase for greater rigidity and easy adjustment of stylus rake angle (VTA). High-grade flexible copper wire is used for accurate signal transmission and freedom from tonearm bearing movement.

The decoupled counterweight shaft avoids vibration at undesirable frequencies and is suitable for cartridges between 4 and 6 grams. An optional counterweight is available for cartridges weighing 6 to 9 grams.

A silicone-damped cueing device is adjustable to suit the height of the Tonearm and cartridge combination.

The supplied connection cable features gold-plated RCA jacks.
